Ezetimibe + Simvastatin
Ezetimibe is a medication used to treat high blood cholesterol and certain other lipid abnormalities. It is usually used together with Simvastatin and preferred not being taken alone.

Since Ezetimibe acts better in combination with another drug – we worked on a dual concept for the campaign visual. We showcased a cheetah: The fastest animal. However, with the addition of a jet pack the animal runs even faster. Another visual was the usage of a woodpecker spiraling the trunk of the tree. With the usage of a drill, the action becomes faster.
Problem
Ezetimibe is a medication prescribed to address high blood cholesterol and specific lipid abnormalities. It is usually taken along with Simvastatin and preferred not taken alone. Simvastatin, when taken with a healthy diet, effectively lowers the levels of harmful cholesterol and fats such as LDL and triglycerides while elevating good cholesterol (HDL) in the blood. We aimed to create an exceptional concept that would engage the intended audience and encourage them to choose this medication above all others.
Idea
As Ezetimibe delivers better results when taken along with another medication, we developed a dual concept for the campaign visual. Our approach involved featuring a cheetah, the fastest animal on land, with a jet pack added to its back, increasing its speed even further. Another visual featured a woodpecker spiralling around a tree trunk, which became faster with the use of a drill. We applied this same concept to showcase the benefits of combining Simvastatin with Ezetimibe, resulting in a faster and more effective reduction of harmful cholesterol.
Solution
The client immediately approved the cheetah concept and requested that we develop an additional visual. This led us to create the woodpecker image featuring a drill.
