Problem
Viatris, the leading pharma company, with a large number of people employed in all the continents, wanted to urge their employees to stick to the company policies on various aspects like confidentiality, internet safety, public communication on behalf of Viatris etc.
Idea
The Skepper expert team of creators ideated a set of animated videos that included an interesting conversation between two Viatris employees on the company policies. Each video dealt with one particular policy and provided insight on the importance of sticking to the policy.
Solution
The policy education campaign went successful as the policy awareness among the Viatris employees increased to the desired level. The appealing videos were welcomed with excitement and viewers expressed their views that the campaign was capable of communicating the need for policy awareness in an attractive way
