Viatris organises a National Sales Meet every year to encourage and motivate their sales force, as well as to update them on the upcoming goals and targets for the year.
Viatris approached us to create a motivational video to build a sense of belonging to a large organisation for the NSM Poland Event. This event is held each year to encourage and motivate their sales force, as well as to update them on the upcoming goals and targets for the year. This was the first face-to-face meeting after the COVID-19 pandemic in two years, and hence, the client requested us to make it impactful and engaging.
Our team of creators worked on creating a video that featured Sopot Beach, where the event was being organised. Furthermore, the team members of Viatris were showcased working in various settings, like home and office. Moving forward, all these members came together for the NSM Poland meet, where they were seen enjoying and engaging in different activities like volleyball, team building activities, conference meeting, and so on.
We successfully created a motivational video that showcased the purpose of the NSM Poland Meet. It also included the location of the meet as well as the team-building activities that would engage the team members and help build a strong bond through this meet. The video communicated the whole idea of the physical meeting clearly, and they are all meeting to discuss the future.
