Viatris Diversity Inclusion Illustration

According to the request, we created options that showcased people from diverse backgrounds (women, men, young, elderly, white, black, and person with a disability) coming together. Additionally, we also used Viatris colours to show Viatris Brazil as one team with diverse people coming together and forming solidarity. ​ 

We successfully created the illustration for the internal Diversity & Inclusion committee to discuss the topic, develop new projects, and establish clear goals regarding diversity. The illustration was self-explanatory, as there was no tagline or text to explain the concept. The illustration served its purpose, which was to bring more representation to the company.
