Tazpen is used to treat several bacterial infections, such as lower respiratory tract infections such as pneumonia and acute bacterial exacerbations that cause breathing difficulties.
Tazpen, along with other antibacterial agents, manages neutropenia caused by bacterial infection.
Tazpen is a combination medicine from Viatris used to treat patients suffering from moderate to severe infections caused by designated hospital-acquired or ventilator-acquired bacteria, such as pneumonia, urinary tract infection, intra-abdominal infection, and uterine infection. It contains two medicines, Piperacillin and Tazobactum, which belong to the “Antibiotics” class of drugs. It is available as an intravenous injection and must be administered by a doctor or a nurse. The objective of the project was to create a key visual identity for the product that would effectively launch the product in the market. This key visual would also help create future collaterals.
Our concept for the key visual revolved around the dual power of Piperacillin and Tazobactum, which would not only seamlessly showcase the features of the product but also follow the brand values. In our first visual, we showcased the power of two with the help of a pair of strong wipers. Along with the features of the product, our second visual depicts the aggressive launch of the product. With colourful graphics and strong taglines, we established the key visuals well, as per the client’s requirements.
The two key visuals convey the dual power of Tazpen and how it kills infection-causing bacteria powerfully. They were a complete success, as the direct and clear messaging created an impactful impression when advertised and increased brand awareness of the product.
