CF Awareness Month is a yearly event that takes place in May, where the cystic fibrosis community unites to raise awareness about the disease. It aims to educate people about cystic fibrosis, a genetic disorder that affects various organs of the body, including the lungs, pancreas, and liver.
For CF Awareness Month, Viatris, the global pharmaceutical brand, wanted to create CF Awareness Month digital assets to show recognition of CF Awareness Month and engage with the CF community.
CF Awareness Month is held in the month of May every year. Viatris wanted to create a logo that would convey their support for cystic fibrosis patients and show recognition of CF Awareness Month and engage with the CF community, that includes the HCPs, patients and caregivers.
We created logos for our client to raise awareness for the progressive disease that causes thick mucus and damages the lungs and digestive system. The logo was created with the colour purple which represents CF awareness and support for those affected. Our logo for the campaign shows Viatris' solidarity using a creative approach, featuring purple ribbons shaped like lungs to convey support for CF and affected patients during the month.
We successfully created a logo using the purple ribbon to be carried through various digital marketing assets that focus on spreading awareness for CF Awareness Month. The logo met our client's expectations and was used on different social media channels for showing support and solidarity towards the CF community, including the HCPs, patients, and caregivers.
